How to make a NH4Cl lysis solution (10X) for red cell lysis.

Materials

• 3.7 g EDTA disodium salt
• 80.2 g ammonium chloride (NH4Cl)
• 8.4 g sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3)

Make up to 1 liter with dd H2O. You can store the solution at 4 °C for up to 6 months.
